Check a phone camera or a hardware scanner gun without saving anything. This test never creates prep records or game rewards, and camera images and barcode values are not saved.
Technical timing and success counts go to Device Usage diagnostics so a supervisor can review this device.
Use a clear label in good light, clean the lens, hold the whole barcode steady and try each camera. If permission fails, allow Camera in the browser's site settings and close other camera apps.
